First, provide your event details by filling out our Inquiry Form found on the homepage. In less than 48 hours, you will hear back about your event. From there, we start creating your drink menu and other custom details for your event you may want to add like custom initial cocktail stirrers, etc. Just let us know your vision and we'll make it come to life!
Once you've completed the Inquiry Form, your bar service includes one bartender (per 65 guests), a table set up, custom cocktail menu, barware (cocktail shakers, etc.), cups, straws, ice, beverage napkins, fresh crafted mixers, fruit garnishes snd travel.
We understand that each event is different, so we require you to fill out our Inquiry Form which asks what you would like to serve such as Champagne/Wine, Basic Mixed Drinks and/or Crafted Cocktails. We also have Mocktails (no alcohol) for guests who don't drink. If you already have a personal signature drink in mind, we could include that too!
A dry-hire bar service is when we include everything EXCEPT alcohol. Once we create your bar menu, we will provide you with a detailed shopping list based on your guest count and guest consumption to ensure you and your guests have a memorable experience!
Unfortunately, we cannot supply alcohol for events due to state legality reasons.
Our policies align with most other professional businesses in the event planning industry. We require 50% to reserve your date and the remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to your event. If you are booking less than 30 days in advance, full payment is due at the time of booking.
We are dedicated and happy to work with clients who may need to reschedule their event for a later date. If you need to cancel, we require a minimum of 30 days notice. Rescheduled dates must be within 12 months of the original date, and depends on availability.
